

Over the past year (2007/08) our steady and thriving membership have been challenging
themselves with books and authors that they would probably not otherwise have selected
for themselves. Lighter books included "Golightly's Holiday" by Sally Vickers and
Ian Rankin's "Fleamarket Close". From the classics came "Sense and Sensibility" and
quite by chance, our next choices dealt with abuse, both mental and physical -
In December 2007 some members went to an entertaining Book Groups afternoon in Hereford;
