SEVERN VALLEY TRIP

severntrain.jpg Our annual summer outing to the Severn Valley Railway was very successful.  We had great weather, and enjoyed thinking back a few years to our younger days when we travelled by steam train in the normal course of our lives.  We divided into two parties at Bridgenorth, one party walking into the town, sampling the fenicular, visiting the town centre, hostelries and castle - the other staying at the railway site visiting the museum at the 'Engine Shed' and restaurant.
